We love feeling the energy of others around us. It pushes us to work harder and sweat more than we normally would if we’re alone with a workout DVD at home. This can also be said for yoga. Practicing yoga in a room full of people is the best feeling. You can’t beat the high you get from being on your mat, while everyone around you is focusing on bettering themselves and stretching their body to places they didn’t know they could.
Every now and then, though, whether it’s due to our schedule, our wallet or because we’re on an amazing vacation—okay usually it’s the first two reasons, but these girls can dream—attending a yoga class isn’t in the cards. Plus, some days you just don’t want to leave the house, am I right? Whether you have a vacation planned this summer, or find yourself cutting back on your budget, have no fear!
Light a candle and roll out your mat. Copy and paste this workout onto your phone and have it handy if needed for reference.
